

Immediately following the call I received an email stating that they would find me another technician within 24 to 48 hours. I asked if I could at least have my service fee waived and was told that I could not. I contacted them again today (7/18/23) and was told that they would find me someone else and that it would be expedited. I told them that I had already been waiting for a week, should not have had to wait that long and that they needed to find me someone else right away especially due to the excessive heat here in Texas. They told me that they could not get him on the phone either and would him 24 to 48 hours to reply to them before finding me someone else. After that I called SHM to inform them that the tech had not shown and that he also was not answering his phone. On Monday, 17 July I waited for the technician to arrive until 4:45 pm. Feeling that I had no choice I planned to see him the following Monday at 4pm. When I spoke to him he told me that he would not be able to come out until the following Monay. Within the hour I received an email with the technician's contact info. Even though they would not honor this I still needed my AC repaired so I agreed to the fee. Was told that I would have to pay $125 service fee although when I initially got the service it was advertised that the service fee for first call would be waved. Called on 7/10/23 to ask for AC repair/service.
